Returns are free for orders shipped within the U.S. We include a UPS return label in every package which is at no cost to use.
Follow the steps below for a seamless returns process:
- - Please indicate a reason for return using one of the Return Codes listed on the order form included in your package.
- - Attach your UPS return label to the outside of the package. There is no cost to use this label.
- - Please make note of your tracking number so that you are able to track it on its way back to us.
You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 06 - 12 business days from the time your package arrives back to us for a refund to be issued.
Artwork & File Setup
We accept PNG, PSD, AI, EPS, and high-resolution PDF files. PNG with a transparent background is preferred for DTF transfers.
300 DPI is required for the best print quality. Low-resolution images may look pixelated once printed.
Yes. We can help with basic cleanup, resizing, or background removal. For major edits or redesigns, an additional fee may apply.
Your design prints at the exact size you upload. Always double-check dimensions before submitting your order.
No. You must own the rights to any artwork you upload.
DTF Gang Sheets
We offer multiple lengths including 22x24, 22x60, and 22-inch-wide full rolls.
Yes. You can place as many designs as you want on your sheet. Leave at least 0.25 inches between each design for easier cutting.
Yes—upload your files and choose “Gang Sheet Setup” at checkout if you want us to arrange them for you.
Printing & Quality
We use premium DTF (Direct to Film) printing for vibrant color, fine detail, soft hand feel, and strong durability.
Colors usually print very close, but may vary slightly based on monitor calibration. Neons, pastels, and metallics may print differently depending on the artwork.
DTF transfers are extremely durable and last through heavy washing when applied and cared for correctly.
Pressing & Application
Our general press settings:
- 285–300°F
- 10–15 seconds
- Medium pressure
- Hot peel or warm peel depending on the sheet (instructions included in your order)
No. A heat press is required for proper adhesion and durability.
Ordering & Turnaround Times
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Large gang sheets or bulk orders may require slightly more time.
Yes. Select “Rush Processing” at checkout or contact us for urgent needs.
Because everything is custom-printed, we can only cancel if the file hasn’t gone into production yet. Contact us immediately if you need adjustments.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship via USPS and UPS. Tracking information is sent to your email once your order ships.
Yes. International rates will apply at checkout.
Contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll replace it right away.
Payments & Refunds
We do not offer refunds on custom prints. However, if there is a print quality issue or a mistake on our end, we will reprint at no cost.
